The Drug Class Blog

Oct 26

Some of our feed back from the past couple of seasons.

We get a lot of feed back from our viewers. If you have comments or critiques, please let us know.

Here are a few......

I LOVE THE SERIES !!!

I congratulate you on your approach and wish I could clone the host. Seeing the struggles, challenges, pain and some of the successes? of these kids in their daily lives will connect with the kids and should inspire or at least make many rethink their own behavior and choices. I have not seen all the episodes yet but was glued to my laptop until 1 AM last night because I could not shut it down ( it is your fault that I now am tired - but it was worth it !).  Thank you for doing this is providing me an opportunity to review it. This will certainly serve as a great prevention tool and a powerful medium to start the discussion with kids as well as inform parents.

I watched all 13 episodes of Drug Class over two nights and found a lot of informative and interesting information that gave me new insights to some degree. I don't usually mention this to people, but I think you'd be happy to know that I'm currently on a waiting list for a rehabilitation facility and intend to get the ball rolling in a more positive direction. Anyway, to say the least, I appreciate your compassion and thank you for providing me with this show, I thought it was great. - Teen

Huge fan .... never miss a show and I am learning lots and having many of my own beliefs and learnings reinforced.  This should be mandatory for all our Junior High Students as viewing and discussion to help build understanding and resiliency.   -School Co-ordinator

"I wanted to say that your show Drug Class is great! i'm an addictions counsellor in a rehab for youth and some of your episodes made me explain some things in an easier way for the kids to understand!!! keep up the great work...

I have been keeping a close eye on the show for the past few months and really enjoy it.  I am also a recovering alcoholic and addict 24 years old , and the show has been very helpful and enjoyable to me and my recovery , wish you all the best in the class and a safe n happy sober day for everyone

Recovery has been treating me very good so far.  Best of luck with the new season. There is a better life out there for all those who are ready for it and willing to seek it , you and your show and the lives of many people throughout the world are wonderful examples of this.

I live in Victoria, BC. I started watching your show because 3 years ago I had a serious problem with drugs and alcohol that led me to being homeless.  Thanks to harm reduction and cognitive behavioral therapy I now have an apartment, a boyfriend, a good job and I am going back to school.   I am happy to see that there are shows out there that focus on the teen aspect of drug abuse. I think if I had of had a program like that when I was in school I wouldn’t have been in some of the positions I have put myself into."
