Interesting couple of days so far!! Great community, lots of people with lots of determination to try and improve things. Yesterday I talked to the Health workers and did a one on one session with a community memeber. As everywhere else people often need someone to listen.
Today I did two presentations in the elementary school and a session with the Band office workers. The school is a fabulous building! One shot here, more on the Drug Class Face Book Fan Page
Tonight we are doing a call in Talk Show on the Local Radio station.
As always what we are trying to do is to get people to understand that addiction and substance abuse are very treatable problems and that there should be no shame attached to having a drug or alcohol issue.
