Here are some meditation exercises to help with anxiety, depression, and sleep.  This stuff is like workouts to get stronger and better, it needs to be practiced and practiced at least 6 days a week.

The 10 minute one every Morning and no matter what

For confidence or to help with anxiety

Bedtime ones do one day 1 and the other day 2, alternate

Gong Bath if you are feeling stressed. 

This one is really relaxing and good for letting go of stuff that is bothering you

Try this every day you can nap while you use it but only 30 minutes
